Randall County Birth and Death Records

To find Randall County birth and death records, you will need to contact the Texas Department of State Health Services. They are responsible for issuing certified copies of birth and death certificates. However, not all of these records are publicly available. For instance, only persons whose names are on the birth certificates and their immediate family members can have copies of birth certificates from 75 years to the present. In the case of death records, the Department only provides access to death certificates for the last 25 years to immediate family members.

You must have an acceptable Form of Identification to process death and birth records requests.
