San Patricio County Criminal Records
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Crime Records Division (CRD) allows individuals to conduct a name-based or fingerprint-based criminal history search. Members of the public can find San Patricio County criminal records by name via the Criminal History Conviction Name Search portal. Public criminal history records typically reveal information on a person's arrest, prosecution, and case disposition if such a person was arrested for a class B misdemeanor or greater. As a result, individuals do not need to conduct a criminal record search if they are solely interested in obtaining someone's San Patricio County arrest records. Individuals interested in making requests online must use the Re:SearchTX. Click the "Register" button to register for an account and log in to the portal using a username and password. The portal is free to all users. However, documents of divorce records via the portal cost $1.00 for the first 10 pages and $.10 per page for each additional page. Then, pay the necessary search and copy fees to obtain divorce records. Paper copies of divorce records cost $1 per page and $5 per search. Certified copies cost $1 per page and $5 per document. San Patricio County Birth and Death Records
San Patricio County vital records of birth and death are protected records. Such records are only available to immediate family members. However, San Patricio County Birth records become available to the public after 75 years, and death certificates become public after 25 years.
