Tarrant County Superior Court Case Search
Tarrant County does not have superior courts. Instead, district courts serve as courts of general jurisdiction at the county level, a role often performed by a superior court.
Tarrant County District Court Records
Tarrant County's District Courts adjudicate more severe cases than other courts in the county. They have original jurisdiction in all divorce, felony criminal, family, and juvenile cases and hear civil cases with over $500 in controversy (exclusive of interest).
